On March 10, 2026, a meeting was held between Ance Biella and the territorial trade union organizations Feneal-Uil, Filca-Cisl and Fillea-Cgil with the aim of signing the agreement for calculating the Variable Element of the Remuneration (EVR) for the year 2026, governed by the CIPL of July 5, 2021.
The meeting revealed a positive economic picture following the verification of territorial reference indicators such as the number of registered workers in Cassa Edile, wage amounts, and reported working hours. Consequently, the parties agreed to set the EVR at a maximum of 4% of the minimum wages from January 1 to February 28, 2026, and for subsequent months, the minimums effective on March 1, 2026, as the calculation is updated on the minimum wages that include contractual increases expected from the renewal of the National Collective Labor Agreement.
The details of the variable remuneration amounts for both monthly and hourly rates are as follows:
For the period from January 1, 2026, to February 28, 2026, the EVR was set at 4%. The hourly rates for workers varied based on their level, with a 4th level worker earning €0.35 per hour, while a common 1st level worker earned €0.25 per hour. On a monthly basis, the amount ranged from €85.39 for a super 7th level employee to €42.69 for a 1st level employee.
From March 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, the EVR remained at 4%. The hourly rates increased slightly, with the 4th level worker earning €0.36 per hour, and the 1st level worker earning €0.26 per hour. The monthly amounts increased as well, reaching €89.39 for a super 7th level employee and €44.69 for a 1st level employee.
The EVR was also calculated at 2.6% for the respective periods. From January 1 to February 28, 2026, the hourly rates ranged from €0.22 for a 4th level worker to €0.16 for a 1st level worker. The monthly rates varied from €55.50 for a super 7th level employee to €27.75 for a 1st level employee. From March 1 to December 31, 2026, the hourly rates remained the same, but the monthly rates increased, achieving €58.10 for a super 7th level employee and €29.05 for a 1st level employee.
