On April 8, 2026, Ance Caserta together with the Caserta and provincial trade union organizations Feneal-Uil, Filca-Cisl, and Fillea-Cgil signed an agreement to establish the amounts of the variable element of the salary to be paid out from January 1, 2026. The agreed amount is a maximum of 4.5% of the basic pay rates in effect as of December 31, 2020, in line with the terms of the provincial supplementary contract of September 30, 2021.
Subsequent to the verification of regional indicators and comparative analysis of the periods 2023/2024/2025 and 2022/2023/2024, it was agreed that the remuneration for working hours would be calculated for workers alone. It also emerged from the comparison that three out of four indicators turned out to be positive, accounting for a total weighted share of 75% as set out in Article 6 of the aforementioned supplementary contract.
For clerical staff, the monthly cost of the variable component of remuneration (EVR) is based on an estimated 173 actual regular working hours per month. Provincially, based on a 4.5% rate following verification of parameters, different levels have different EVR amounts. The 7th level staff gets 80.58, 6th level gets 72.53, 5th level gets 60.43, 4th level gets 56.41, 3rd level gets 52.38, 2nd level gets 47.14, and 1st level staff gets 40.29.
As for the workers, the monthly cost of the EVR can be calculated by multiplying 8 hours by 21.625 days, which equals 173 actual regular working hours per month. Provincially, following the verification of parameters, workers at the 4th level receive an EVR of 0.33, specialized workers receive an EVR of 0.30, qualified workers receive an EVR of 0.27, common workers receive an EVR of 0.23, and discontinuous workers D1 and D2 receive an EVR of 0.21 and 0.19, respectively with a percentage rate of 4.5%.
