On March 25, 2026, Ance Alto Adriatico and the trade union organizations Feneal-Uil FVG, Filca-Cisl FVG, Fillea-Cgil TS-GO signed the minutes determining the EVR of 2025, payable in 2026, for construction workers in the Province of Trieste.
This determination was made based on four territorial indicators:
1) the number of workers registered in the Construction Fund
2) reported working hours
3) reported salary amounts
4) total benefit hours.
Comparison between the trienniums 2022-2023-2024 and 2021-2022-2023 showed positive outcomes for all these parameters, indicating a phase of growth for the sector in the provincial territory.
It was therefore decided to grant the Variable Element of Remuneration in the full measure of 4%, calculated on the minimum rates in force as of July 1, 2018. This amount will be paid to the workers during the course of 2026.
