On March 10th, 2026 Ance Biella, Feneal-Uil, Filca-Cisl, and Fillea-Cgil from Piemonte signed an agreement recognizing the Variable Element of the salary (EVR), as set out in point 12 of the CIPL of July 5th, 2021.
Following a positive examination of territorial parameters, a EVR has been established for the year 2026 equal to 4% of minimum wages for the period January 1st, 2026 to February 28th, 2026. Starting from March 1st, 2026 an EVR value of 2.6% will be introduced, also based on current minimum wages, which are subject to a contractual increase set for the beginning of March. Detailed figures for the hourly rate ranging from 0.25 euros to 0.36 euros were set for workers and a monthly amount ranging from 42.69 euros to 89.39 euros for employees.
For the period of January 1st, 2026 to February 28th, 2026, the EVR value of 4% generated the following hourly rates for workers: 0.35 euros for 4th level employees, 0.32 for specialized workers on the 3rd level, 0.29 on the qualified level (2), and 0.25 for common workers on the 1st level. On the other hand, the monthly amount for employees ranges from 42.69 euros for the first employee on the 1st level to 85.39 euros for the 1st Super category on the 7th level.
For the EVR value of 2.6%, also from January 1st to February 28th, 2026, it was set at an hourly rate ranging from 0.16 euros for the first level common workers to 0.22 euros for the 4th level workers. The monthly amount for employees varies from 27.75 euros for the first employee at the 1st level to 55.5 euros for the 1st Super category at the 7th level.
Considering the period from March 1st, 2026 to December 31st, 2026, for the EVR value of 4%, it was established that the hourly rate for workers will range from 0.26 euros for common workers at the 1st level to 0.36 euros for 4th level workers. The monthly amount for employees will range from 44.69 euros for the first employee at the 1st level to 89.39 euros for the 1st Super category at the 7th level.
Finally, for the period March 1st to December 31st, 2026, for the EVR value of 2.6%, worker hourly rates will range from 0.16 euros for common workers on the 1st level to 0.23 euros for 4th level workers. The monthly amount for employees will then range from 29.05 euros for the first employee on the 1st level to 58.1 euros for the Super category on the 7th level.
