A new meeting has been scheduled to discuss investments, training, and staff by the Società Autostrade per l’Italia and the national secretariats of Filt-Cgil, Fit-Cisl, Uiltrasporti, Sla-Cisal, and Ugl-Vl which took place on April 16, 2026. The purpose of the meeting was to assess the implementation of the National Agreement of December 5, 2024, considering the economic and industrial complexities arising from the approval of the Economic Financial Plan (PEF), and the evolution of organizational models.
The highlights of the meeting are as follows:
Collection: The Parties agreed to a new meeting scheduled for May 6, 2026, to examine the following points: investments, training, staff, and incentives.
Staffing Policy: They confirmed 80 additional hires, of which 30 are for the Operations department by June 30, 2026, and another 20 by the first quarter of 2027.
Working Hours and Permits: Experimentally for 2026, the granting of additional permits such as dysmenorrhea leave was determined.
