First-Cisl, Fisac-Cgil, Fna, and Uilca recently issued directives regarding the allotment of the Company Productivity Award for 2025, as established by Article 36 of the CCNL of January 13, 2025, set to be included in the May 2026 payroll.
The condition for payment becomes applicable when the increase value of the gross annual commissions received by the agency in 2025, compared to 2024, which incorporates the 2025 real inflation rate (+ 1.2%), is equivalent to or exceeds the following thresholds:
– 3.2% (2 + 1.2 %)
– 5.2% (4 + 1.2 %)
– 7.2% (6 + 1.2 %)
On fulfilling any of the above conditions, the following award amounts are allocated:
For a 3.2% increase:
– 6th level ex Frame: €240.00
– 5th level ex C.Ufficio: €208.00
– 4th level ex 1st category: €192.00
– 3rd level ex 2nd category: €176.00
– 2nd level ex 3rd category: €164.00
– 1st level ex 3rd category: €160.00
For a 5.2% increase:
– 6th level ex Frame: €306.00
– 5th level ex C.Ufficio: €265.20
– 4th level ex 1st category: €244.80
– 3rd level ex 2nd category: €224.40
– 2nd level ex 3rd category: €209.10
– 1st level ex 3rd category: €204.00
For a 7.2% increase:
– 6th level ex Frame: €382.50
– 5th level ex C.Ufficio: €331.50
– 4th level ex 1st category: €306.00
– 3rd level ex 2nd category: €280.50
– 2nd level ex 3rd category: €261.38
– 1st level ex 3rd category: €255.00
The payment of these reward amounts are contingent on meeting or exceeding the specified increment thresholds.
