The Economic Value Added (EVA) will be paid from April 2026 until March 2027 at a rate of 50%. This decision was announced on April 23, 2026, at the Novara branch of the Confindustria Valsesia, a meeting point for Confindustria Novara Vercelli Valsesia – Building Contractors Section – ANCE Novara Vercelli, and the union organizations Feneal-Uil Piemonte, Filca-Cisl Eastern Piedmont, and Fillea-Cgil Novara and V.C.O.
This meeting was organized to review the performance of relevant indicators for the payment of the EVA matured from October 1, 2024, to September 30, 2025. The review showed that the EVA will be paid from April 2026 until March 2027 at a rate of 50%.
The criteria considered for these figures were such that:
a) If both company indicators were equal or positive, the company will pay the territorial amounts in full.
b) If only one of the mentioned company indicators turns out to be negative, and a percentage of provincial EVA exceeds 30%, the company will disburse 50% of the sum exceeding the aforementioned 30%.
c) If both company indicators are negative, the company will not disburse any amount.
Under circumstances reflecting situation b), the EVA will be paid at a reduced rate with the following values. This plan applies specifically to the business EVA for the province of Vercelli:
For Level 7, the monthly amount will be 15.16, and the hourly rate will be 0.09.
For Level 6, the monthly amount will be 13.64, and the hourly rate will be 0.08.
For Level 5, the monthly amount will be 11.37, and the hourly rate will be 0.07.
For Level 4, the monthly amount will be 10.61, and the hourly rate will be 0.06.
For Level 3, the monthly amount will be 9.86, and the hourly rate will be 0.06.
For Level 2, the monthly amount will be 8.86, and the hourly rate will be 0.05.
For Level 1, the monthly amount will be 7.58, and the hourly rate will be 0.04.
