The Territorial Social Parties recently published the wage tables effective from June 1, 2026, for fixed-term and permanent agricultural workers in the province of Siena.
In the first area, the top-level specialized workers earn a total contractual salary of €15,935.84, while the mid-level specialized workers earn €15,735.90. The standard specialized workers receive €15,037.41. These salaries are accounting for various increases per the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for 2022/2023 and 2024, the CIPL increase from November 1, 2024, Article 46 bis CIPL, and a further CCNL increase from June 1, 2026.
The second area workers with high-level qualifications earn €14,432.41, while the qualified workers receive €13,580.40. Similarly, this considers specific increases over the years, including the ones from the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL).
In the third area, regular workers earn €12,227.95. For indeterminate workers, top-level specialists achieve €2,064.74. The mid-level specialized workers earn €2,038.76, and the specialized level-3 workers receive €1,947.86. These wages account for increments from the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for 2022/2023 and 2024, the CIPL increase from November 1, 2024, Article 46 bis CIPL, and another CCNL increase from June 1, 2026.
For the second area indeterminate-term workers, Super Qualified level earners get €1,869.95, and Qualified level earners receive €1,759.58. Furthermore, the common level earners from the third area get €1,584.26. The guardians in the same area receive equal pay to the top-level specialized workers in the first area at €2,064.74. These wages are inclusive of specific increases scheduled over the next few years, including *National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for 2022/2023 and 2024, the CIPL increase from November 1, 2024, Article 46 CIPL, and another CCNL increase from June 1, 2026.
