rewrite this title CCNL Multiservizi (Conflavoro-Confsal): siglato il rinnovo

The National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) came into effect on June 1, 2026, and is set to expire on May 31, 2029. This was established after the social parties Conflavoro, Confsal, Confsal Federlavoratori, and Fesica signed the renewal contract of the Multiservices CCNL on May 19, 2026. Various regulatory changes have been designed and implemented, notably concerning trial periods and sickness. Specific provisions have been allocated for fragile workers or those affected by cancerous diseases.

Key changes include:
– The introduction of ‘rol’ (rolls or lists)
– Provision for seniority increments with differing regulations for workers and employees
– Updated rules regarding part-time and apprenticeship work
– Implementation of specific reasons for fixed-term relationships exceeding 12 months
– Implementation of regulations on agile work and telecommuting.
