The seventh meeting between Social Parties for the renewal of the CCNL Local Functions 2022-2024 took place recently at Aran. The distribution plan for resources was illustrated, indicating that the current attributable amount is 5.78%, which results in an average per capita amount of 136.00 euros, including the amounts to be allocated to decentralized bargaining. Specifically, Aran proposed increasing the table part of the salary by 128.00 euros, corresponding to 94% of the total sum mentioned, and allocating the remaining 8.00 euros to the financing of the accessory salary fund.
In using the stable increase, it was proposed to award to the basic salary of each of the four areas an increase equal to 7.32%, which results in:- Officials and EQ Area: 141.50 euros for 13 months;- Instructors Area: 130.41 euros for 13 months;- Expert Operators Area: 116.03 euros for 13 months;- Operators Area: 111.45 euros for 13 months.
From a regulatory point of view, it was reiterated that the establishment of the decentralized resources fund and the use of the previous year’s one, as well as the three-year plan of personnel needs, must be included among the subjects of comparison. The Trade Unions also believe it is necessary to return to decentralized bargaining the matters relating to professional profiles and to integrate those relating to the still excluded accessory economic treatment.
