The Uiltucs-Uil has provided a report on the second meeting for the renewal of the CCNL agreement for Federfarma private pharmacies. The main points of discussion involved profession, classification, and training. Specifically, the discussion revolved around the redefinition of the Q2 level and an update of staff classification based on job duties and internal organization evolution.
The meeting observed a consensus concerning the Q2 level, with an emphasis on the need to improve the definitions governing this level, thus eliminating any ambiguity which, to date, has prevented its full realization.
The conversation on staff classification, however, highlighted differences in opinion. The idea of professional centralization was given importance, suggesting wage responses for pharmacists, alongside specific training and professional qualifications. Federfarma assigns professional responsibility to those who control and manage the entire process in the pharmacy, including the execution of tasks related to services offered to users. However, the employer’s side has been tasked with developing a proposal for the ongoing discussion.
The next meetings are scheduled for December 4th, January 15th, and February 5th. The topics to be discussed include: training, permissions, premiums, availability for morning shifts, and decentralized bargaining, representation, health, and safety.
