In a statement released on December 19, 2024, trade unions First-CISL, Fisac-CGIL, Fna and Uilca-Uil announced a new agreement for the Anapa Insurance Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL). The agreement includes pay increases and the provision of a Una Tantum allowance.
Starting from June 2024, a table increase of 99.00 euros is recognized for the reference figure of the 3rd level. In addition, a lump sum of 950.00 euros called Una Tantum will be paid in February 2025 (first installment) and January 2026 (second installment).
From a regulatory perspective, a new welfare reward system has been introduced, which can be chosen as an alternative to the previous one. A specific commission will also be set up to define a new professional figure, generically called “commercial employee”. There are also updates to rules governing holiday and half-holiday days, the probationary period for new hires, notice period in case of termination of the employment relationship, and mission and transfers.
The agreement will be formalized in early January 2025 through a dedicated meeting.
