CIPL Construction Perugia and Terni: EVR 2025 disbursement established.

The Fillea-Cgil Umbria trade union, in a press release, announced that an agreement had been signed on January 15, 2025, for the allocation of the variable pay element for the year 2025 for the employees in the building, crafts, small and medium industry, and cooperatives sectors in Perugia and Terni provinces. The various aspects considered in the allocation include productivity growth, the fulfilment of contractual objectives, and the company’s overall performance. The trade organizations stated that the monthly pay varies from a minimum of 37.00 euros for the first level to a maximum of 75.00 euros, based on the ranking levels.
