On January 28th, an agreement was signed by Ance Chieti Pescara and the trade unions Feneal-Uil, Filca-Cisl, and Fillea-Cgil to define EVR (Economic Value Replacement), following the verification of parameters. The parties confirmed that the data for the three-year period 2022-2024 is all positive, so the EVR payable for 2025 is set at 100% of the agreed percentage.
Therefore, companies must pay the EVR if data for the three-year period 2022-2024 compared to the previous three years (2021-2023) in relation to the following parameters are positive:
1. Working hours reported to the Edíle Welfare Fund, net of hours from the Wage Integration Fund.
2. The IVA business volume.
If at the company level one of these parameters is negative, the company will apply the EVR in a reduced manner. If both parameters are negative, the EVR will not be paid out.
