The amounts of the variable element of the remuneration to be paid to employees in the sector have been established. On March 21, 2025, Confartigianato Imprese and Cna Friuli-Venezia Giulia, together with the regional trade unions Feneal-Uil, Filca-Cisl and Fillea-Cgil, signed a record of agreement. The agreement implemented the provisions of Article 18 of CIRL dated November 30, 2022, for employees of artisan and small and medium industrial enterprises and artisan consortia, including cooperative construction and related businesses in Friuli-Venezia Giulia. As a part of this, the amounts relating to the variable element of the salary for the year 2025 was decided.
Based on verified data which compares five indicators from the triennium 2022-2023-2024 with the previous triennium 2021-2022-2023, it emerged that 4 out of 5 parameters for the calculation of the EVR turned out to be positive. As a result, the remuneration must be paid at an amount of 85% of the 6% rate calculated on the minimum tables provided by the contract. The EVR will be disbursed in 12 monthly installments, from January 2025 to December 2025, to the personnel in force as of January 31, 2025. The amount of the variable element of the remuneration for 2025 is reported in the table below.
