Ebav Veneto: Contribution to the Activation of Agile Work Agreements

The Ebav (Bilateral Body for Craftsmanship of Veneto) is offering a contribution to companies for the activation of flexible working agreements for the reference year 2024, stipulated under the terms of the Inter-confederate Regional Agreement on Flexible Work of 28 March 2024. Applications are open until 30 June.

The contribution can be requested:
a) for the activation of a flexible work agreement, given that the individual agreement stipulates a minimum duration of 12 months at the date of signing,
b) for the extension that allows a minimum duration of 12 months, related to an initial individual agreement of less than 12 months,
c) for the activation of a flexible work agreement, provided that the individual activation agreement stipulates a minimum duration of 6 months and a maximum of 12 months at the date of signing.

Ebav clarifies that the contribution will be disbursed following verification of the effective performance of work in a flexible mode. This is validated by a declaration from the requesting company, counter-signed by the employee, certifying the implementation of:
– agreements for a minimum duration of 12 months: the minimum period of 12 months or at least 96 hours of work in flexible mode (if flexible work is related to part-time work, the effective performance of work cannot be less than 48 hours),
– agreements for a minimum duration of 6 months and up to 12 months: the entire minimum period of 6 to 12 months, or at least 48 hours of work in a flexible mode.

The 12-month minimum period of effective performance of work can be suspended only in cases of mandatory absence from work for maternity leave. For each worker, only one A63 contribution can be disbursed to the company throughout the work relations.

The necessary documents for the contribution request are:
– copy of the Individual Flexible Work Agreement drawn up in line with the Regional Inter-confederation Agreement of 28 March 2024 (including all attachments),
– initial self-certification,
– self-certification of the effective performance of work in a flexible mode signed by employer and employee (to be integrated at the end of the months of flexible work).

The one-off (non-renewable) contribution for each worker per company is worth:
– 1,000 euros for point a),
– 1,000 euros for point b),
– 600 euros for point c).

Contributions are normally disbursed within 3 months from the expiration date of the service by credit to an account in the name of (or co-owned by) the party requesting the Ebav service. The absence of an IBAN declaration, lack of documentation or other required details may delay disbursement. Ebav can only provide the requested contribution as long as the funds and/or economic resources specified for the service last.
