Continuation of Discussions About Renewal in the CCNL Metalmeccanica Industry

On September 18, 2025, the second meeting was held between the trade union organizations Fim-Cisl, Fiom-Cgil, Uilm and the employer associations Federmeccanica, Assistal for the renewal of the sector CCNL. They discussed issues relating to the right to information and consultation, gender policies, trade union rights, management of foreign workers, and the handling of illness cases. Although the conversation was deemed positive overall, divergences persist regarding salary and other economic aspects. As a result, a subsequent meeting has been scheduled for September 25, 2025.
