The signing of the minutes of agreement on January 23, 2026, has presented some new innovations regarding contractual welfare by the parties involved in the CCNL Highways contract. In relation to this, an amount of 30.00 euros per 12 months has been allocated for the year 2026, to be directed toward the forms of welfare already defined at the company level.
Furthermore, it has been clarified that the sum does not contribute toward any of the various contractual and legal institutions, nor toward the determination of the end-of-contract treatment.
Concurrently with the contractual renewal, the parties will assess the methods of payment, starting from 2027.
(La firma del verbale d’accordo il 23 gennaio 2026 ha presentato alcune nuove innovazioni riguardo al benessere contrattuale da parte delle parti coinvolte nel contratto CCNL Autostrade. In relazione a ciò, è stato assegnato un importo di 30,00 euro per 12 mesi per l’anno 2026, da indirizzare verso le forme di welfare già definite a livello aziendale.
È stato inoltre chiarito che la somma non contribuisce a nessuno dei vari istituti contrattuali e legali, né alla determinazione del trattamento di fine contratto.
Contemporaneamente al rinnovo contrattuale, le parti valuteranno i metodi di pagamento, a partire dal 2027.)
