Continua il confronto sul CCNL per la piccola industria metalmeccanica

On April 1, a new meeting took place between the negotiating delegation of Fim Fiom Uilm and Unionmeccanica-Confapi for the renewal of the national collective contract of Small Medium Enterprises. The unions are demanding a contract increase in line with the minimum contracts of other national category contracts and the improvement of the perequative element and the amount of contract welfare.
It is also expected a ceiling by Unionmeccanica on labor market, prevention and safety, continuous training. The next meetings have been scheduled for April 13, April 24, and May 5, 2026.
