However, there are certain conditions associated with the disbursement of these funds. Firstly, the funds are not cumulative, meaning, they are only available once for each eligible employee. Furthermore, the company applying for the funds should have less than 15 employees at the time of the newly disabled employee’s hiring.
Another important condition is that the company should not have received or applied for other subsidies administered by other organizations or institutions. The company is required to declare this information in the self-declaration form provided.
Moreover, the organization reserves the right to request additional documentation to validate the self-certification of the employee’s disability, ensuring it is 79% or more.
An applicant must meet certain conditions to be eligible for the 300-euro monthly contribution, which can extend for a maximum of 24 months from the date of hiring. For instance, the employee must have completed the trial period at the time of application. Additionally, the worker must have Ebav deductions on every B01 payment during the contribution repayment period. Overall, this initiative demonstrates the organization’s commitment to facilitating equal employment opportunities for disabled personnel.
