On March 9, 2026, Confapi Aniem Calabria and the trade union organizations of the Calabria Region Feneal-Uil, Filca-Cisl, Fillea-Cgil signed an agreement defining the disbursement of the Variable Element of Remuneration (EVR) for the year 2026 for workers in the regional construction sector. The agreement establishes, effective from January 1, 2026, that the EVR is to be paid monthly at the maximum rate set by the CIRL, fixed at 4% of base pay minimums as of March 9, 2026.
This decision stems from the positive verification of all four territorial parameters considered: the number of registered workers, the salary amount, the declared hours, and the number of registered companies. A comparison between the three-year periods of 2025-2024-2023 and the previous 2024-2023-2022 allowed for the disbursement of the aforementioned amount at the maximum permissible rate.
Companies are now required to verify the corporate parameters. The monthly and hourly remuneration amounts for employees and workers at different levels have also been defined:
Employees:
– 7th level: €87.03
– 6th level: €78.33
– 5th level: €65.27
– 4th level: €60.92
– 3rd level: €56.57
– 2nd level: €50.91
– 1st level: €43.51
Workers:
– 4th level worker: €60.92 (hourly rate: €0.35)
– Specialized worker: €56.57 (hourly rate: €0.33)
– Qualified worker: €50.91 (hourly rate: €0.29)
– Common worker: €43.51 (hourly rate: €0.25)
In conclusion, the agreement signed by Confapi Aniem Calabria and the trade union organizations establishes the monthly and hourly pay rates for employees and workers in the construction sector based on different levels, and the companies are required to validate these parameters.
