On April 29, 2026, an agreement was signed between the Unione Parmense degli Industriali, Fillea Cgil of Parma, Filca Cisl of Parma and Piacenza, and Feneal Uil of Emilia Romagna to recognize the Variable Element of Remuneration for 2025.
The agreeing parties indicated the weighted percentage incidences between brackets as follows: number of workers registered with the Construction Fund (30%); total salaries reported in the Construction Fund (30%); total hours reported (20%); and the ratio between redundancy fund hours and total hours reported to the Construction Fund (20%).
The maximum payable measure of E.V.R., as agreed in the collective national contract, is equivalent to 4% of the minimum tables in effect as of January 1, 2018.
Verification results show that three of the four territorial indicators have been met, specifically: the number of workers registered in the Construction Fund, the salary amount reported in the Construction Fund, and the hours reported in the Construction Fund.
The EVR will be distributed in the following installments:
– The 1st with the salary of June 2026,
– The 2nd with the salary of July 2026,
– The 3rd with the salary of August 2026,
