Starting June 1, 2026, the social parties Anpit, Unica, Cisal – Metalmeccanici, Cisal services and Cisal have formally accepted preemptive payments on future contract increases (AFAC). This applies to employees in the mechatronics, plant installation, and dental technician sectors.
The agreement stipulates different advance amounts based on an employee’s level within the organization. Specifically, the preemptive payments for each level are as follows:
– For executives, the amount is 533.36
– For managers, the advance is 333.35
– For level A1 employees, the amount is 302.68
– For level A2 employees, the advance is 269.35
– For level B1 and first category sales operators, the amount is 242.68
– For level B2 and second category sales operators, the amount is 213.34
– For level C1 and third category sales operators, the amount is 194.68
– For level C2 and fourth category sales operators, the advance is 184.01
– For level D1 employees, the amount is 160.01
– For level D2 employees, the advance is 146.67
These amounts will also be recognized for apprentices, based on their pay grade level.
These changes therefore signal a collaborative move towards better working conditions and pay scales, striving for greater equality across all roles within these industry sectors. It reflects an important step towards addressing wage disparity and working conditions, while promoting professional growth and development within these industries. The agreement demonstrates a good will effort on behalf of the trade organizations towards bettering the welfare of their workforce, serving the dual purpose of motivating their current employees and attracting new potential talent into their respective sectors.
