Construction companies will grant their employees the EVR at a rate of 4% from January to December 2025. The parameters for calculating the EVR, which companies will be obliged to apply for the wage-related element for the year 2025, were verified by Ance Pesaro Urbino and Feneal-Uil, Filca-Cisl, Fillea-Cgil on December 19, 2024. The sector’s collective labour agreement stipulates that the EVR is to be calculated annually, based on a comparison of four parameters: the number of workers registered with the Pesaro Construction Fund; declared salary mass in Pesaro Construction Fund; hours worked declared in Pesaro Construction Fund; and the number of companies registered with the Pesaro Construction Fund.
The Pesaro Construction Fund provided data from the fiscal year October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024, enabling the comparison envisaged in the Additional Agreement of November 9, 2023 between the average of the three-year period 2024/2023/2022 and that of 2023/2022/2021. Based on this, the parties jointly verified that all four parameters useful for calculating the EVR had a positive trend. Thus, construction companies will recognise the EVR for their employees at the rate of 4% calculated on the minimum amounts provided by the collective agreement from January to December 2025.
In compliance with the contract, each company will compare company data related to hours declared in the Pesaro Construction Fund and the business volume valid for VAT purposes in the same triennia used as a reference for calculating the EVR. If both parameters are negative, the EVR will not be granted. Conversely, if only one of the two parameters is negative, the company will grant the EVR at a rate of 65%. In either case, the company has to initiate the communication procedure to ANCE Pesaro Urbino and the territorially competent Construction Fund.
