On the 12th of December 2024, Piacenza’s construction organization CEO and workers Fillea-Cgil, Filca-Cisl, and Feneal-Uil signed an agreement for the determination of the variable element of the salary for employees of small and medium-sized industrial companies and craftsmen’s consortiums operating in the construction sector. The Parties declare that they have achieved the territorial level objectives for the recognition of EVR, which is determined, to the extent of 3.45% of the current minimums as of 31st December 2023, and is divided by the level of contractual classification.
The variable element of the salary is paid out in two installments. The first installment is allocated with the salaries due for December 2024 and the second with the salaries due for January 2025. The beneficiaries of the salary are the workers in force in December 2024, proportioning the amount due to the months of service performed in 2023. For apprentices, the salary component is recognized in the corresponding percentage of the salary and is re-proportioned based on the individual contractual hours for part-time workers. The amounts of EVR are indicated in the table below.
The table shows the annual EVR amounts for workers at different levels of the contractual classification. Workers on level 7 receive 825,29 for full annual EVR and 412,65 for reduced annual EVR. Level 6 workers receive 735,71 and 367,86 for full and reduced annual EVR, respectively. For level 5, it’s 613,15 and 306,58; for level 4, it’s 571,73 and 285,86. Level 3 workers are entitled to 531,46 and 265,73, while levels 2 and 1 get 477,61 and 408,74 for full annual EVR and 238,81 and 204,37 for reduced annual EVR, respectively.
