The trade unions Filctem-Cgil, Femca-Cisl, and Uiltec-Uil announced in a press release on 19 March 2025, their meeting with representatives of the employer associations Utilitalia, Proxigas, Assogas, and Anfida for the renewal of the CCNL Gas Acqua collective labour agreement, which employs approximately 50,000 workers in nearly 600 companies. The agreement expired on 31 December of the previous year. A key issue under discussion is the economic claim put forward by the unions in their claim platform, consisting of a comprehensive increase of 315.00 euros (Tec) on the reference parameter for the three-year period 2025-2027.
The Unions also focused on reducing the working hours to 38 hours per week and intending to determine, before closing the negotiations, the revision of the classification system. Another area of discussion will also be the training of personnel and routes to strengthen the norms on the topics of health, safety, environment, artificial intelligence, gender pay equality, and parenting. Plans for more meetings in the coming days are underway to accelerate and close the negotiation process as soon as possible.
