CCNL Computer Science Small Industry: Adjustment of Salary Tables

On April 14th, 2025, multiple Italian labor unions and business organizations, including Unigec Confapi, Unimatica Confapi, and SLC-Cgil among others, reached an agreement regarding wage tables to apply for the next two years. The new tables will replace the results of the previous agreement, of April 8, 2025, which stemmed from the renewal of the national labor contracts on March 9, 2021.

The sectors affected by these changes include industries such as graphic and computer services, as well as paper and cardboard manufacturing. This wage increase agreement will apply to ten job classification levels in the industry (denoted by the letters Q through D2, and E).

In the graphic/computer sector, base pay on September 1, 2023, ranges from a minimum of €2,066.17 (for workers in the Q level) to €832.37 (for employees in the E level). The agreement mandates increases on January 1 of the following three years. For example, a Q level employee’s minimum wage would increase to €2,154.22 (a €88.05 increase) in 2025, €2,242.26 (an additional increase of €88.05) in 2026, and €2,286.29 (a final increase of €44.02) in 2027.

Similarly, for paper and cardboard manufacturers, base pay ranges from a minimum of €2,035.46 (for Q level workers) and €814.31 (for E level workers) as of September 1, 2023. The wage increases happen over a period of three consecutive years beginning in 2025. A Q level employee’s minimum wage will increase to €2,121.67 in 2025, €2,207.88 in 2026, and culminate at €2,250.98 in 2027.

In summary, the new wage agreements illustrate a commitment to increased wages for workers in these sectors. The increases apply to various levels of job classifications and are set to be implemented progressively over a period of three years (2025, 2026, and 2027).
