On March 27, 2025, a meeting was held at the headquarters of Ance Firenze with representatives from Ance Firenze, Feneal-Uil Firenze, Filca-Cisl Firenze, and Fillea-Cgil Firenze. The discussion focused on the verification of territorial indicators, comparing the triennial periods 2024/2023/2022 and 2023/2022/2021. The outcomes reflected positive signs for all territorial indicators.
Following the verification at the territorial level, as provided for and indicated in article 38 of the current CCNL and in the supplementary contract of June 22, 2022, the EVR determined at the territorial level, taking into account the specific weighted incidences in agreed percentage terms, is equal to 100% of the full agreed measure, or 4% to be calculated on the minimum base pay in force as of March 1, 2022.
After the territorial level percentage (4%) is determined, each company will proceed to calculate the two corporate parameters identified in the agreements, comparing these parameters of the last three-year corporate reference period using the same temporal methods outlined above for the territorial calculation (triennial 2024/2023/2022 on the triennial 2023/2022/2021).
If, from the comparison of the corporate parameters, one or two negative parameters result for the company, the company will make a self-declaration within 30 days from the signing of the agreement on the non-achievement of one or both corporate parameters.
The amounts of the payable EVR will be paid by the companies, in accordance with the procedures set out in the CCNL and the territorial agreement of June 22, 2022, with effect from the month of April 2024 for a maximum of 12 months.
Regarding the determination of the EVR and the related procedures and modalities, the Social Parties fully recalled what was provided for and agreed in the aforementioned national and territorial trade union agreements.
