Sindacati richiedono un confronto sul CCNL Rai

Trade unions requested a discussion on the functioning of the Polo Regia and the recruitment of directors in a communication dated May 28. According to the workers’ association, the Polo Regia has not yet been discussed, although it should present an opportunity to scrutinize TV production work at Rai. The association demands that the Editorial area should delve into following areas:
– The project and mission of the TV Production Management;
– The establishment of an “observatory,” or similar structure;
– The adoption of smart working among directors.
