On June 24, a meeting was held for the renewal of the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers 2019-2021. The Authority for Representation Negotiation (Aran) expressed a non-favourable stance on the issue of agile work. The draft sent introduces a limitation to the exercise of hourly flexibility in line with the specific needs of the Presidency.
Regarding remuneration, a better solution has not been accepted on the topics of availability and compensatory rest. However, Aran has proposed a reform of the personnel classification, with the introduction of two high-profile roles in category A (F11 and F12).
Finally, according to the trade unions, the definition of the CCNL 2019-2021 is delayed due to the administration’s actions and they are urging a review of the new draft ahead of the next meeting scheduled for July 9.
