From September, new minimum wages and the granting of compensation for availability are expected. The social partners Anpit, Aifes, Confimprenditori, Unica, Cisal and Cisal Terziario have established that, with the salary of September, workers will be paid the new minimum wages below.
Contractual minimums include:
– For a Manager (Dirigente), the minimum salary is set to be 4,407.84.
– For a Framework (Quadro), it will be 2,845.73.
– For level A1 (EX LIV.A), it’s 2,542.99, while A2 (EX LIV.B1) is set at 2,264.48.
– For level B1 (EX LIV.B2), it’s 2,034.39, while Salesperson 1 will be paid a minimum of 1,863.91.
– Level B2 (EX LIV.B3) is at 1,792.20, while Salesperson 2 is set to earn at least 1,642.02.
– The minimum wage for Level C1 (EX LIV.C), C2 (EX LIV.D1) are set at 1,622.67 and 1,489.46 respectively.
– Salesperson 3 is set to earn at least 1,486.69, and the minimum salaries for level D1 (EX LIV.D2) and D2 (EX LIV.E) are 1,332.05 and 1,210.95 respectively.
– Lastly, Salesperson 4 will earn a minimum of 1,191.57.
In addition, they’ve also established new amounts to be paid in compensation for every hour of “availability for performance”. During temporary unavailability periods, for any reason, the worker does not accumulate the right to the corresponding availability compensation. This compensation is subject to social security contributions, but is excluded from the calculation of salaries due for holidays and vacations, and is not used in the determination of the worker’s termination benefits.
Availability compensation includes:
– For Level C1, the amount is 2,1587.
– For Level C2, it’s set at 1,9806.
– For Level D1, the amount available is 1,7722.
– For Level D2, it’s set to be 1,6105.
