On August 7, 2025, a renewal agreement for the Specific Part of the Fairo National Collective Labor Contract (CCNL) was signed. This agreement covers the period from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2027, and applies to all employees of foreign airline companies operating in Italy and affiliated with Fairo.
The agreement establishes new monthly minimum wages effective from July 1, 2025, July 1, 2026, and July 1, 2027. The minimum wages for various levels range from 2.390,90 euros on July 1, 2025, to 2.523,47 euros on July 1, 2027, for level Q/1S, and from 1.717,25 euros on July 1, 2025, to 1.811,92 euros on July 1, 2027, for level 8.
The renewal also includes a one-time payment (Una Tantum) for all workers: 1,600.00 euros for the period from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2024, and 400.00 euros for the period from January 1, 2025, to June 30, 2025.
Starting from July 1, 2025, the agreement provides for an increase in the company’s contribution to the Prevaer Fund from 2.5% to 3%. Regarding supplementary health assistance, the company’s contribution will be raised to 240.00 euros.
Additionally, the daily allowance according to Article 15, Paragraph 4, will increase from 4.10 euros to 5.73 euros, effective from July 1, 2025. The agreement includes a rise in reimbursements for missions from 2% to 6%.
The agreement also provides for an increase in pay from 10% to 15% for shift workers when their shift falls on Sundays. Lastly, workers with 15 years of service are granted 10 hours of paid leave per year, which must be used, even fractionally, before December 30 every year.
The parties agreed to meet again by September 30, 2025.
