On October 27, 2025, at the headquarters of Conflavoro PMI, an economic agreement was reached for the national collective labor contract for workers in the private metalworking industry and the installation of systems. The agreement is between Conflavoro PMI, National Confederation of Small and Medium Enterprises, Confsal, General Confederation of Autonomous Workers’ Unions, Fesica, Industry, Commerce and Craft Federations Unions.
The Social Parties have agreed to apply, from October 1, 2025, the following wage tables that will replace all other previous wage tables in effect:
– Managers: Minimum wage of 2,838.00
– First Level: Minimum wage of 2,771.00
– Second Level Super: Minimum wage of 2,482.00
– Second Level: Minimum wage of 2,314.00
– Third Level: Minimum wage of 2,159.00
– Fourth Level: Minimum wage of 2,016.00
– Fifth Level: Minimum wage of 1,974.00
– Sixth Level: Minimum wage of 1,932.00
– Seventh Level: Minimum wage of 1,743.00
