The Ministry has published a decree outlining a benefit amounting to 5.07% of the due amount (INAIL, note October 24, 2025, n. 9477). The INAIL announced that the D.M. n. 169/2025, which establishes a reduction for artisan companies that experienced no accidents in the biennium 2023/2024, is present in the Legal Advertising section of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies website. The reduction, equivalent to 5.07% of the premium due for 2025, was confirmed by the administration board of the institute through resolution n.127/2025.
The reduction, as set out in Article 1, paragraphs 780 and 781 of Law n. 296/2006, applies solely to the premium due as a regulation of self-liquidation 2025/2026. It is available to companies registered in the Craftsman Management system, who comply with all obligations related to health and safety in the workplace as per Legislative Decree n. 81/2008 and sector-specific regulations.
The companies eligible for this benefit should not have encountered any accidents during the 2023-2024 biennium and must previously have requested admission to the benefit. This is done by ticking the box stating “I certify that I possess the requirements ex lege 296/2006, art. 1, paragraphs 780 and 781” in the 2024 salary declaration, sent by February 28, 2025.
