Renewal of Economic Agreement Signed for CCNL Environmental Hygiene (Conflavoro-Confsal)

The conclusive meeting between the trade union organizations Confsal, Fesica, and the employers’ association Conflavoro-Pmi took place on October 27, 2025. The negotiation resulted in the renewal of the economic part of the industry-wide Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL), originally signed on February 20, 2023, effective from March 1, 2023, to February 28, 2026.

The parties agreed to prioritize the renewal of the economic section to safeguard employment and, above all, to preserve workers’ purchasing power in light of the inflation trend.
