On November 4, 2025, Confsal, Fesica trade unions, and the employer party Conflavoro-Pmi signed an agreement interpreting the sector’s collective labor agreement (CCNL) dated October 27, 2025. The agreement focused mainly on the criteria and methods for dispensing a type of one-time compensation, known as Una Tantum, to employees for their contract holiday period.
Una Tantum is due to all workers in force at the start date of the CCNL renewal who have acquired service seniority during the reference period. The amount is issued either as a lump sum or as a maximum of 12 monthly installments. If the payment is in installments and the worker’s contract terminates, the full amount should be paid out with their last salary.
The compensation is apportioned based on the months of seniority earned from July to September 2025, counting periods longer than 15 days as a full month. Any service military periods, unpaid leave, and periods of no pay are excluded when calculating seniority. For part-time employees and apprentices, the amount due is proportionate to their working hours. The Una Tantum payment does not contribute to contractual, statutory or social security institutions, the severance pay (TFR), and is not absorbed by other minimum payments. It is determined based on their level of classification within the company.
The compensation amounts for the various levels of classification are as follows:
– Executive level: 334.05
– First level: 310.35
– Second level: 270.75
– Third level: 226.35
– Fourth level: 207.45
– Fifth level: 194.40
– Sixth level: 182.25
– Seventh level: 169.65
