CCNL Brick Industry: Proposal for Contract Renewal has been Signed

On October 31, 2025, union organizations Feneal-Uil, Filca-Cisl, Fillea-Cgil, and employers’ associations Confindustria Ceramica-Raggruppamento Laterizi and Assobeton renewed the sector’s National Collective Labor Contract (CCNL), which ended on September 30, 2025. The agreement, initially proposed as a four-year plan, maintained a three-year validity to ensure faster updates to contractual terms.

The new agreement provides a comprehensive economic increase of €205 to address inflation and restore some of the purchasing power lost in the previous three years, which equates to a 14.7% increase. This pay rise will be paid out in four installments: €90 in October 2025, €55 in July 2026, €55 in July 2027, and €5 in July 2028.

In addition to the wage increase, the agreement also includes a 0.20% increase in the company’s contributions to the Arco Pension Fund. This contribution will be paid in two installments, raising the total contribution to 2%. The first payment of 0.10% will occur in July 2026 and the second payment of 0.10% in January 2028.

In terms of Health Assistance Altea, starting January 1, 2026, there will also be a €5 monthly increase, paid by companies, raising the total to €15. This additional funding will allow workers to have access to a better health plan.

Both unions and employers expressed full satisfaction with the achieved agreement. This contract renewal marks a significant stride toward ensuring better wage conditions and protections for workers in the sector.
