Starting October 1, 2025, workers will be granted a monthly Contractual Vacation bonus. This decision was made through an agreement between the employer associations Saci and Anaci, along with the trade union organization Cisal Terziario, on October 31, 2025. The agreement outlines the Contractual Vacation bonus for workers covered by the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) of Professional Firms that administer Condominiums or Properties, Integrated Property Services Companies.
The monthly Contractual Vacation bonus, along with its associated gross amounts, is listed in the following table:
1. Executive (Quadro) – Base calculation: 2,210.63, Gross bonus: 176.85
2. A1 – Base calculation: 1,915.88, Gross bonus: 153.27
3. A2 – Base calculation: 1,719.38, Gross bonus: 137.55
4. B1 – Base calculation: 1,522.88, Gross bonus: 121.83
5. B2 – Base calculation: 1,375.50, Gross bonus: 110.04
6. C1 – Base calculation: 1,277.25, Gross bonus: 102.18
7. C2 – Base calculation: 1,179.00, Gross bonus: 94.32

Moreover, while awaiting the renewal of the CCNL in December 2025, parties are reminded of their obligation to grant workers the second annual installment of the Contractual Welfare (600.00 euros). This amount should be advanced by 50% in July and the remaining 50% by December. For those positioned as executives, the annual amount is 1,200.00 euros. If the first installment is not paid, the entire amount of Contractual Welfare should be credited by December 31, 2025.
