On November 25, 2025, the first meeting took place between the Revenue Agency and the union organizations Fabi, First-Cisl, Fisac-Cgil, Uilca, and Unisin for the renewal of the industry’s collective bargaining agreement (CCNL).
During the meeting, the unions emphasized the importance of a regulatory and economic adjustment that respects the professionalism and results achieved by the company in the last two years. It was also highlighted the need for regulatory and economic proposals aimed at enhancing work and adjusting the contract to the changing work reality. This would ensure that workers’ rights correspond to the new organizational structures and the positive results of the sector.
The employer sides stated that the negotiation would be influenced by legislative changes on Ader’s activity and the economic availability of the Mef Endowment Fund to finance the contractual renewal. They have also highlighted the need to update the CCNL concerning Equitalia Giustizia.
Regarding the hiring, Ader stated that it would carry out a reevaluation for 2026, foreseeing 322 new entries in addition to the 470 already planned for the 1st tranche.
In addition to these, the unions also announced the termination of the managers’ contract ending on December 31, 2025.
Lastly, regarding the health insurance policy starting on August 1, 2026, the Agency announced that the tender would be published between the end of November and December of this year.
The next meeting has been scheduled for December 16, 2025. As evident, these discussions aim to adjust the working conditions according to the transforming realities of the workplace while also safeguarding the right of the workers. The outcome will depend on various factors including legislative changes and the available funds for contractual renewal.
