On November 25th, 2025, the E.B.M. Executive Committee has extended a selection of announcements for the year 2026 to support workers and businesses. These include:
1. The Transport Announcement: Under this provision, employees can request a refund of up to 100,00 euros for expenses incurred for purchasing, renewing, personally or for their children (up to 26 years old), a yearly or school-year (9-10 months) public transport pass.
2. The INAIL Accident Scholarships Announcement: This gives the children of employees injured at work the opportunity to apply for university course attendance for the 2025/2026 academic year for the allocation of the last 14 scholarships available from the initial 50 provided by the announcement.
Additionally, extensions were established for the following O.P.N.M. company announcements:
1. The Training Breaks Announcement allows for the distribution of contributions to companies for organising educational breaks, without updating value under Legislative Decree 81/2008. The total value of these contributions is worth 500,000 euros.
2. The Sustainability Announcement provides contributions to companies to organise sustainability training courses, with a total value of 300,000 euros.
Starting from January 1st, 2026, all updated regulations will be available online at a dedicated section and it will be possible to apply until December 31, 2026.
