On April 20, 2026, employer associations (Confartigianato Imprese Veneto, Cna Veneto, Casartigiani Veneto) and trade union organizations (Slc-Cgil Veneto, Fistel-Cisl Veneto, Uilcom-Uil Veneto) established the calculation method of the EVR (Rewarding Value), amounts, and possibility of conversion into welfare services. The agreement dictates that the amounts as EVR, calculated based on the results of the year 2025 compared to 2024, will be granted between May 1, 2026, and April 30, 2027. There is also a provision for the conversion of the EVR into welfare services, set for June 2026.
The amount receivable varies based on the length of the worker’s service during the reference period. Workers with up to 12 months of service will receive 100% of the EVR, those with up to 9 months will get 75%, up to 6 months will get 50%, and those with up to 3 months will receive 25%.
The monthly and hourly value of EVR for different levels of employment for workers in service for up to 12, 9, 6, and 3 months has been provided. For example, at level 1A for workers in service up to 12 months, the monthly amount is 22.00, and the hourly rate is 0.12717. For the same level but up to 9 months, the amount is 16.50, and 0.09538 per hour, and so on.
Furthermore, the conversion of EVR into welfare is also specified depending on the duration of the worker’s service and their job level. For instance, an employee at level 1A with up to 12 months of service gets an annual conversion value of 264.00. If they are in service up to 9 months, the annual conversion value is 198.00, and so forth.
Please note that the value for professional apprenticeships is not foreseen for durations less than six months.
