On May 25, 2026, the employer’s representatives of Anpit, Unica, Ateca, Aifes, and OO.SS. Cisal Terziario met. Assisted by Cisal, they agreed on payments on future contract increases for workers under the Advanced Tertiary CCNL, which expired on August 31, 2025. In addition, they agreed upon a one-time payment to compensate for the lack of a contractual holiday allowance (Una Tantum).
Beginning on June 1, 2026, an advance on future contract increases is recognized. This includes apprentices, depending on their level of classification. For part-time work, the AFAC is paid proportionally based on the worker’s reduced performance index. The amounts are listed in the table below.

This will be recognized proportionally in case of the employee’s hiring / termination. It is also recognized for apprentices and part-time workers and is paid in the following ways: 1st installments starting from July 2026 and 2nd installments starting from November 2026.
