On March 18, the Aran and the industry trade unions signed the contract sequence of the School CCNL related to language expert collaborators, as indicated in Article 178, paragraph 1, letter d of the contract dated January 18, 2024, regarding the three-year period 2019/2021. The contract sequence came into effect the day after the signing. For the economic treatment of collaborators and language experts, table C2-University of the CCNL of January 18, 2024, there is an increase of 87.71 euros per month for 13 months, effective from January 1, 2022.
Consequently, starting from that date, the gross annual salary of language collaborators amounts to 17,000.00 euros gross annual salary for 12 months, considering 500 effective hours per year, to which the thirteenth salary is added. It is specified that the increase absorbs, up to the entirety of its amount, the economic treatment of Ateneo. However, the supplementary treatment in use is reduced, due to the absorption mentioned earlier, in cases where it is higher than the increase of 87.71 euros per month, or nullified in cases where the increase is less or equal.
Staff hiring can also occur for a total amount of hours more or less than 500 hours, but in any case, not less than 250 hours per year.
