The Variable Salary Element will be paid from April 2026 to March 2027. On April 23, 2026, an agreement was reached between Confindustria Novara Vercelli Valsesia, Ance Novara Vercelli, Feneal-Uil Piemonte, Filca-Cisl Piemonte Orientale, Fillea-Cgil Novara and V.C.O. This agreement was made as per the evaluation of relevant indicators for the payment of the accumulated EVR from October 1, 2024, to September 30, 2025.
If the company indicators are equal or positive, the company will fully pay the territorial amounts.
The following shows the level, the monthly amount, and hourly amount:
Level 7 has a monthly amount of 56.85 and an hourly amount of 0.33.
Level 6 has a monthly amount of 51.15 and an hourly amount of 0.29.
Level 5 has a monthly amount of 42.63 and an hourly amount of 0.25.
Level 4 has a monthly amount of 39.78 and an hourly amount of 0.23.
Level 3 has a monthly amount of 36.96 and an hourly amount of 0.21.
Level 2 has a monthly amount of 33.24 and an hourly amount of 0.19.
Level 1 has a monthly amount of 28.41 and an hourly amount of 0.16.
However, if any of the company indicators turn out negative and the EVR provincial percentage is above 30%, then the company shall pay 50% of the amount exceeding the above-mentioned 30%.
In such cases, the level, the monthly amount, and hourly amount will be:
Level 7 has a monthly amount of 29.85 and hourly amount of 0.17.
Level 6 has a monthly amount of 26.85 and hourly amount of 0.16.
Level 5 has a monthly amount of 22.38 and hourly mount of 0.13.
Level 4 has a monthly amount of 20.88 and hourly amount of 0.12.
Level 3 has a monthly amount of 19.40 and hourly amount of 0.11.
Level 2 has a monthly amount of 17.45 and hourly amount of 0.10.
