The Uiltucs-Uil has announced the results of the sixth meeting for the renewal of the CCNL Private Security and Security Services, which is due to expire on May 31, 2026. Representatives from Filcams-Cgil, Fisacat-Cisl, and Uiltucs, as well as employer parties Ani Sicurezza, Anivp, Assiv, Univ, Legacoop Production and Services, Confcooperative Labor and Services, Agci were present.
Among the discussed items were: the second-level bargaining, for which a technical commission was agreed upon; the classification of personnel and the wage issue. On the latter, the Trade Unions reiterated the need for assurance and regularity, in addition to uniformity, of payments, setting a deadline by which the employer must pay the wage to the workers. The proposal from the Trade Unions to set this deadline within the 10th of the following month of the accrual of wage was rejected. The Employer Parties proposed to shift this deadline to the 15th of the month.
The next meeting is scheduled for June 11, 2026, with only the national secretariats in attendance.
