The signatory parties of the agreement – the Artisans and Small Enterprises Association, Confartigianato Trento, Feneal-Uil Trentino, Filca-Cisl Trentino, and Fillea-Cgil Trentino – have approved the execution agreement for the implementation of the Result Award for the year 2025. The agreement is based on the profitability indicator recorded in the three-year period as per the Result Award for the years 2021, 2022, and 2023 showing an index equivalent to 20.38%.
The social parties have agreed to the value of the Result Award starting from 1st March 2025 for employees in craft businesses as follows:
For workers in the wood and stone industries, the monthly award value differs based on their respective levels and bands exceeding 18%. The levels range from AS – A to F, with various bands from 1 to 7.
Workers in the AS – A level and band 1 will receive a monthly reward of €110. Those in level B, band 2 will receive €100. For workers in level CS, band 3, the monthly reward is €98. For level C workers in band 4, the reward value is €95. Level D employees in band 5 receive €92. The reward value for level E workers in band 6 is €89, and for the F level employees in band 7, the value is €86.
This agreement is tailored to reward employees’ contribution to the profitability of their respective companies. The reward system is scaled in a manner that reflects the skill level and responsibility of employees, ensuring that everyone is adequately appreciated for their input. It’s a milestone reflecting their collective consensus on recognizing employee contribution towards the craft industries’ success.
