On May 28, 2025, Anaepa Confartigianato and Feneal-Uil, Filca-Cisl, Fillea-Cgil renewed the CIPL for employees of construction and related companies in the Rieti province, effective from January 1, 2025. This contract particularly revised the special allowances structure.
a) Meal allowances have been re-adjusted as follows: for workers based on an hourly basis, it stands at 0.95 € per work hour; For employees on a daily basis, an allowance of 7.65 € is foreseen. For concrete workers, the hourly rate is set at 1.09 € while the daily rate is 8.79 €.
b) A transportation allowance, corresponding to the cost of monthly subscriptions for urban and extra-urban public transport for commuting to and from work, has been established with valid certification. Alternatively, if public transportation is unfeasible, an hourly transport allowance is recognized, set at 0.36 € from April 1, 2025, then 0.37 € from October 1, 2025.
c) A tunnel work allowance worth 0.60 € for each hour of work was ratified.
d) An on-call allowance was recognized; applicable only when workers await a call from the company. The daily rate for non-working days (Saturday, Sunday, holidays) is 40 €, and 30 € for weekdays.
e) A high-altitude daily allowance has been established starting from April 1, 2007. The allowance is 3.32 € for those working above 1000 meters above sea level, and 3.87 € for those above 1200 meters.
f) A daily allowance for employees driving company vehicles (vans, minibuses, etc.) for staff transportation during business trips has been established, equivalent to 5% of salary components as outlined in article 24, point 3 of the CCNL.
g) A daily travel allowance was established for workers sent to work outside their hiring municipality. The amount varies with the distance from usual workplace: 10% for a distance between 15 km and 50 km, 15% between 51 km and 100 km, and 20% beyond 101 km. This percentage is calculated on wage components for each working hour.
h) A daily allowance of 5 € has been established for those carrying out the laying of bituminous asphalts. Finally, the EVR was set at 4% of the table minimums for the year 2025.
