Lazio Ebinter: Incentives for Stable Employment

The Territorial Welfare Regulation 2026 is available on the website of the Ente Bilaterale del Terziario del Lazio. The body is implementing new bonuses to incentivize job stability for companies that are registered and up-to-date with their contributions.

The following one-time bonuses can be awarded, with a maximum of two bonuses per year:

– A bonus of €1,000 is available to support the stabilization of employees by converting a temporary full-time work contract into a permanent contract. This amount is reduced to €500 for a part-time employment relationship of at least 20 hours per week.

– A bonus of €1,000 is available to incentivize the hire of a female worker who is also a mother of minor children, under a full-time indefinite term work contract. Again, this amount is halved to €500 for a part-time employment relationship of at least 20 hours per week.

– A bonus of €1,000 is available to support the hire of personnel under a full-time indefinite term contract who have attended training courses promoted by Ebit Lazio. This applies particularly to those courses aimed at teaching butcher and gastronomer trades. As before, this figure is reduced to €500 for part-time employment of a minimum 20 hours per week.

It’s required to provide a copy of the company’s legal representative or owner’s identity document, a copy of payments or F24s that certify the payment of contributions to Ebit Lazio for at least 12 months, and an updated copy of the list of current employees at the time of application.

Applications must be made within 6 months from the date of hiring/stabilization under an indefinite-term contract and, in any case, no later than December 31 of the same year.
