This year, comparisons must be made by checking the average value of the reference triennium 2023-2024-2025 compared to the previous one 2022-2023-2024. On April 13, 2026, Ance Verona and the sector’s trade unions checked the territorial indicators based on data provided by the Cassa Edile of Verona, as per the territorial agreement of June 30, 2025. They determined the hourly amounts at the territorial level of the Variable Element of Remuneration (E.V.R.) for 2025 to be paid by companies in the province of Verona. The payment will be made in a single solution with the salary for August 2026.
The company will proceed to calculate and verify the following two company indicators: the actual working hours of workers and apprentice workers reported to the Construction Funds, including those other than the Cassa Edile of Verona. For this purpose, the average value of the reference triennium (expressed in calendar years January 1-December 31) is compared with that of the immediately preceding triennium (expressed in calendar years January 1-December 31). The company performances are also tracked through the business volume of VAT, which can be detected only from the company’s annual VAT declarations, presented at the deadlines provided for by law. For this purpose, the average value of the annual VAT business volume reported for the reference triennium is compared with that of the immediately preceding triennium.
The same comparison should be performed this year, by verifying the average value of the reference triennium 2023-2024-2025 in relation to the previous one 2022-2023-2024. For companies that operate with only employees, the substitute parameter at the company level for actual working hours reported to the Construction Funds will be given by the actual hours worked as recorded in the Single Labor Book.
