The trade unions Fp-Cgil, Cisl-Fp, and Uil-Fpl have announced another meeting concerning the renewal of the National Collective Labor Agreements for Aiop and Aris Health Residences. However, the meeting revealed that there are no sufficiently definitive and comprehensive advancements on the points considered most critical.
The issues under discussion include: hour debt management in the semester; discussions on work shift arrangements; the observance of 11 hours of rest between one shift and another; rewriting of the Hour Bank; introducing criteria for rotation, transparency, and non-discrimination in internal transfers.
The unions point out that the employer side has not shown willingness to make advancements.
